甘芪益肾冻干粉对肾病综合征模型大鼠的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的 考察甘芪益肾冻干粉对阿霉素型肾病综合征模型大鼠尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯的影响,观察其对实验性大鼠肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法 用阿霉素制备大鼠肾病综合征模型,对各组大鼠分别给予生理盐水、强的松以及不同剂量甘芪益肾冻干粉,于给药后不同时间测定大鼠24h尿量、总蛋白量,实验结束时测定各组大鼠血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯含量。结果 给予冻干粉5周后各治疗组24h总尿量比模型组明显提高(P<0.05);24h尿蛋白量在给药后2、3、4周显著下降(P<0.05);其作用强度有明显剂量依赖关系,但低剂量组治疗5周后24h尿蛋白量与模型组无明显差异(P>0.05);甘芪益肾冻干粉治疗5周可明显升高模型大鼠血浆白蛋白(P<0.05),降低胆固醇和甘油三酯水平(P<0.05);而强的松在升高模型大鼠血浆白蛋白、降低胆固醇(P<0.05)的同时,引起甘油三酯水平的显著上升(P<0.05)。结论 甘芪益肾冻干粉可显著改善实验性肾病综合征大鼠各项生化指标,对肾病综合征有确切的治疗作用。【关键词】 甘芪益肾冻干粉;肾病综合征;实验
Therapeutic effect of ganqiyishen powder on rats with experimental nephrotic syndrome

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ganqiyishen powder on rat with experimental nephrotic syndrome according to the levels of urine protein, plasma albumin, cholesterol and triglyceride in pathological modeled animals.Methods Rat’s nephrotic syndrome model were prepared with adriamycin infusion through tail vein, saline or prednisone or different dosage of Ganqiyishen powder was administrated to the rats after the nephrotic syndrome model was prepared successfully, total volume of urine excreted in 24h was measured after treated with different therapeutic agents at the 2nd and 5th weekend, and the urine protein level at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th weekend was assayed respectively Plasma albumin, cholesterol and triglyceride were analyzed with full automatic blood bio-chem analyzer. Therapeutic effect of Ganqiyishen powder was evaluated based upon the results mentioned above. Results Total 24h urine volume were elevated after treatment, the difference between the powder treated groups and the model group was significant (P<0.05), urine protein in powder treated groups were decreased at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th weekend compared with those of model group (P<0.05). Having been treated with Ganqiyishen powder for 5wk, plasma albumin was elevated (P<0.05) but cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased obviously (P<0.05). As to the prednisone treated group, both plasma albumin and triglyceride were elevated (P<0.05), while the cholesterol was decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Ganqiyishen powder could improve the biochemistry index of nephrotic syndrome rats, and the therapeutic effect of the powder on rat’s nephrotic syndrome was obvious. ......
