【摘要】 目的 探讨结直肠肿瘤肝转移的外科治疗意义。方法 回顾性分析经手术切除和病理证实的39例结直肠肿瘤肝转移患者的临床资料。结果 全组无手术死亡，均治愈出院。随访37例，存活时间6个月～4年。结论 对于结直肠肿瘤肝转移有适应证的患者手术有明确的疗效。【关键词】 结直肠肿瘤；肝转移；肝切除
Surgical treatment for hepatic matastases from colorectal carcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics hepatic matastases from colorectal neoplasms and to discuss the of surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective study of 39 patients corresponding pathologic confirmation and undergone hepatectomy for metastatic tumors from colorectal neoplasms.Results No patient is died from the operation in the whole group,and everyone of them is cured to discharge from hospital,To follow 37 cases and find out they can continue to live from six months to four years.Conclusion The effect is better to the patients undergone hepatectomy for metastatic tumors from colorectal neoplasms.
