【摘要】 目的 探讨功能性内镜手术治疗接触性头痛的疗效。方法 对36例“接触性头痛”患者实施内镜下鼻中隔矫正术，部分病人行前筛开放术，接触点分离术。结果 手术后随访2～4个月，其中32例患者术后头痛的程度及频率减轻(88.8%)，其中有24例患者术后头痛症状完全消失(66.7%)。结论 应用功能性内镜手术分离鼻甲与鼻中隔之间的接触点对于治疗此种头痛非常有意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for contact point headaches.Methods All 36 cases were operated of functional sinus surgery to relieve the contact points including septoplasty,parts of patients were operated by ethmoidectomy.Results A mean follow-up period of 2-4months after surgery, reduction in intensity and frequency of headaches was experienced in 88.8% and 66.7% of patients’s headaches removed totally.Conclusion endoscopic sinus surgical management of contact point headaches can make a significant impact on the headache symptomatology in children and adults.
