【摘要】 目的 观察激光治疗肛瘘的疗效，总结经验。方法 576例肛瘘患者经激光手术治疗，其中7例经激光并挂线治疗，观察疗效。结果 术后6个月，571例治愈，5例复发。复发者进行第二次激光手术。结论 激光切除肛瘘效果良好，痛苦少，复发率低，并发症少。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe and summarize curative effect of laser treatment for anal fistula.Methods Laser treatment was carried out in 576 cases of anal fistula,out of which,7 cases underwent ligating treatment as well.Results After six months of surgery,complete cure without any complication was observed in 571 cases.Recurrence was observed in 5 cases.Second time laser surgery was carried out in those recurrent cases.Conclusion Satisfactory results were obtained when laser surgery was applied to treat anal fistula.Little pain,low recurrence rate and few complications were observed.
