【摘要】 目的 观察虎黄油半暴露治疗轻中度烧伤的临床疗效。方法 选择近4年收治的轻中度烧伤155例,随机分为治疗组125例和对照组30例,治疗组应用虎黄油半暴露治疗,对照组采用传统的磺胺嘧啶银糊剂行暴露治疗。结果 治疗组止痛时间、创面愈合时间等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 虎黄油治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面疗效显著,具有一定的临床应用和推广价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Huhuang oil on light and moderate burn injury.Methods 155 light and moderate burn patients in recent 4 years divided into trial group and control group. 125 trial burns were cured by Huhuang oil partial-exposure therapy and 30 control cases were cured by traditional silver sulfadiazine paste exposure theraphy.Results Antalgic time and burn surface healing time in trial group was shorter than in control group.
