【摘要】 目的 研究高龄急性胆囊炎经腹腔镜胆囊切除的可行性和相关处理。方法 对65例高龄急性胆囊炎经腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组患者经腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗后，除3例中转开腹手术外，其余均镜下手术成功，无手术并发症。结论 高龄急性胆囊炎经腹腔镜胆囊切除是可行的，关键在于手术者是否具备熟练的镜下操作技巧、正确的处理方法和手术时机的选择。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research the possibility and the related handle of acute cholecystitis in aged patients curing by laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods The clinical data of 65 acute cholecystitis in aged patients that curing by LC were analysed retrospectively.Results The patients of this group after LC treatment,3 examples inside turn to open cholecystectomy,the rest is all cured by LC successful,and have no syndrome of operation.Conclusion It is possible to LC curing acute cholecystitis in aged patient,and the key consist in operator whether to have well-trained technique of LC,the method of rightly handle and the time of operation was chosen. ......
