[关键词] RPHPLC法;注射用阿莫西林/舒巴坦;生理盐水;稳定性[摘 要] 目的:RPHPLC法考察3厂家注射用阿莫西林/舒巴坦在生理盐水中的稳定性,为临床选择药物提供依据。方法:选择4 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃,在3 h内观察配伍液外观、pH值变化,并用RPHPLC法测定阿莫西林与舒巴坦的含量。结果:稳定性和光照、温度有关,3厂家制剂稳定性差异无显著性。结论:3厂家注射用阿莫西林/舒巴坦在生理盐水中的稳定性差异无显著性。
Compatible Stability of Amoxicillin/ Sulbactam Sodium for Injection from three Different Manufactures in NS with RPHPLC

Abstract:Objective To study the compatible stability of Amoxicillin/ Sulbactam Sodium from three different manufactures in NS with RPHPLC method so as to of fer a scientific basis for rational use of drug in clinical practice.Methods The external appearance and PH values of the mixed solution were observed, and the contents of Amoxicillin and Sulbactam were determined by RPHPLC method at 4 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃ with 3 hours.Results The stability was related to temperature and time, the stability had no significant difference from three manufactures.Conclusion The stability of Amoxicillin/ Sulbactam Sodium from three different manufactures in NS had no significant difference. ......
