【摘要】 目的 改变传统的胆道造影方法,采用滴注造影剂进行胆道造影,以达到胆道最佳造影。方法 不开放T管，消毒后用9号Y形穿刺针刺入T管，缓慢滴入38%泛影葡胺以显影胆道。结果 138例胆道显影良好，其中8例提示总胆管下端残余结石，拔T管后经窦道胆镜下取石成功，4例为气体所致假结石阴影，经生理盐水冲洗后证实。结论 低压滴注造影剂能较理想显影胆道，并容易发现结石，而且方法简单，对病人刺激轻微，不失为一种胆道造影的好方法。

    Clinical application of cholangiography by low pressure dripping contrast medium

    【Abstract】 Objective To obtain the best cholangiography results by the new method of dripping contrast medium solely instead of traditional cholangiography.Methods The T tube was closed and disinfected. The size “y”-needle was punctured into T tube. 38%meglumine diatrizoate was dripped solwly into gallbladder. Results The biliary tracts were well developed in all patients,of which eight patients showed residual calculi in distal common bile duct and the calculi were fetched out under cholangioscope after the T tube was pulled out,other four showed shadows of pseudostones and be confirmed after being rinsed with normal saline.Conclusion This new method of dripping contrast medium slowly is an ideal to develop biliary tract clearly,and the calculi are easy to be found.It is simple and little stimulus to the patients. ......
