吻合器痔切除术治疗重度痔的临床应用(附86例报告)

【摘要】 目的 探讨吻合器痔切除术(PPH)的适应证、方法和疗效。方法 分析评估应用PPH手术治疗86例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环形脱垂内痔患者的临床资料。结果 平均手术时间20min、术后平均住院时间5天。术后当天需用止痛剂17例，轻微疼痛8例，无疼痛61例。无术后出血，随访2～10个月94例内痔完全回缩，2例有改善。结论 PPH手术治疗重度痔，具有安全有效、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、住院时间少、病人术后恢复快等优点。【关键词】 痔；吻合器痔切除术
Clinical application of stapler hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of severe hemorrhoids:a report of 86 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid(PPH)in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids(grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ°)。Methods 86 cases of hemorrhoids at the third or fourth degree were operated on by PPH.Results The mean operation time was 20 minutes and mean hospitalization was 5 days.61 cases had no pain at the day of the operation hemorrhoid in 84 cases disappeared immediately after operation and 2 cases have an improvement.followup for 2～10 months showed no recurrence developed.Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for severe hemorrhoids with the advantages of less postoprative pain,shorter hospitalization time and quicker recovery. ......
