    [摘要] 目的：探讨HLAB27抗原检测在临床诊断强直性脊柱炎(AS)的意义。方法：应用流式细胞仪对189例门诊以及住院疑似AS患者进行检测。采用1984年的纽约修订的AS诊断标准对研究对象进行诊断。结果：受检189例中，HLAB27阳性检出率为43.3%(82/189)。按照纽约标准诊断为AS的84例患者中，HLAB27阳性率为91.7%(77/84)。HLAB27检测对诊断AS的敏感度为91.7%(77/84)，特异度为95.2%(100/105)，诊断正确率为93.7%[(100+77)/189]。结论：HLAB27和AS有很强的相关性，而用流式细胞术进行检测是较好的方法。
