    [摘要] 目的：评价IPS Empress2全冠修复体的临床效果。方法：制作IPS Empress2铸瓷全冠和镍铬合金烤瓷全冠各100件，临床观察修复体粘固18个月后的颜色、边缘着色、继发龋、边缘密合度和折断率。结果：IPS Empress2修复体在基牙龋坏，边缘密合度和折断率三个方面与镍铬合金基底烤瓷冠无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在颜色和边缘着色方面全瓷修复体优于烤瓷冠(P<0.05)。结论：IPS Empress2铸瓷全冠修复效果良好，具有临床推广价值。

    Clinical Evaluation of Castable Ceramics Crowns

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of IPS Empress 2 crowns.Methods 100 IPS Empress 2 crowns and 100 NiCr alloy ceramic crowns were made.The clinical performance in color,marginal color,second caries,marginal fit and fracture of these crowns were observed at 18month followup.Results IPS Empress 2 crown was same as NiCr alloy ceramic crown in second caries,marginal fit and fracture(P>0.05),IPS Empress 2 crown was better than NiCr alloy ceramic crown in color of prostheses and marginal color(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of IPS Empress 2 crown are perfect and they can be widely applied. ......
