Study on the policy of the discount government loan to the hospitalPeiyan Zhang
Abstract The government began to implement subsidy of interest to the bank loan of the hospital progressively in some areas of our country.Mr.Liu Songtao from Chongqing Hygiene Economy Association has proved abundantly the feasibility of this policy in the article of “Feasibility study on utilizaing discount govemment loan to promote hospital development”.But as a new and developing public policy,it is necessary to analyze the relevant questions of formulation process and execution course to this policy to achieve the goal of perfecting and developing of the policy.This article analyzed this policy with the relevant theories by utilizing the public policy,pointed out overt questions and latent questions,and proposed some countermeasures.
