    Abstract Organizational politics is the influential process of society,and speculative behavior in which organization member pursuit the optimization of selfinterest.The development of knowledgeintensive organizational politics relates to consequential relation including the cause of influence on behavior,the effort of operational process and appearance,so we are concerned about the research on organizational politics process structrue.

    Correspondence to:Jianqing Su 摘要：组织政治是一种社会性的影响过程，组织成员对于个人、群体、组织致力于追求自我利益最大化的投机行为。知识密集型组织组织政治的发生有过程上的因果关系，其中包括了影响行为发生的前因、运作过程与产生的后果，因此组织政治的过程研究是我们所关注的。

    知识密集型组织又称为技术密集型组织，它是指在生产要素的投入中需要使用复杂、先进而又尖端的科学技术才能进行生产的产业，或者在作为生产要素的劳动中知识密集程度高的产业。这类组织占用劳动力较少，但从业人员具有较高的科技专业知识，集中了高科技成果的产业部门，产品技术性能复杂，劳动生产率很高，能够取得较好的经济效益，集中代表着一个国家和组织的最高水平。大力发展知识密集型组织 ......
