【摘要】 目的 分析胆囊切除术式的选择，对造成医源性胆管损伤的影响，探讨造成损伤的原因及预防措施。方法 对我院1990年6月～2005年12月12例医源性胆管损伤进行回顾性分析。结果 传统开腹胆囊切除术1660例，发生医源性胆管损伤4例(0.24%)，小切口胆囊切除术590例，发生医源性胆管损伤3例(0.51%)，腹腔镜胆囊切除术415例，发生医源性胆管损伤5例(1.20%)。结论 医源性胆管损伤预防是关键，熟练掌握各种胆囊切除术式的适应证和禁忌证，医源性胆管损伤是可以尽量减少和避免的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the choice of cholecystectomy procedure and iatrogenic bile duct injury,to explore the couse of injury and its prevention.Methods Twelve cases of bile duct injury from June 1990 to December 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 1660 cases were undergone conventional cholecystectomy,of 4 cases of bile duct injury were occurred Minor incision of Cholecystectomy were performed in 590 cases,of 3 cases of bile duct injury were occurred 415 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy included 5 cases of bile duct injury.Conclusion If the indication and contraindvaction of the procedure are optimum,the bile duct injury should be lowered. ......
