【摘要】 目的 探讨全胃切除D4术联合脏器切除治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法 观察32例进展期胃癌病人行D4术联合脏器切除的效果，与姑息性手术比较。结果 全胃切除D4术联合脏器切除组患者与姑息性手术组比较，生存期较长(P<0.005)，但手术并发症及死亡率无明显增加。结论 D4术联合脏器切除对部分进展期胃癌患者是安全可行的，明显延长患者的生存期。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of total gastrectomy D4 operation associated with organ ablation to therapy progressive gastric carcinoma.Methods The effect of 32 case of progressive gastric carcinoma accepted D4 operation associated with organ ablation were observed to compare with the effect of palliative surgery.Results Compared with palliative surgery,D4 operation associated with organ ablation gained patients a longer life span (P<0.005).There were no significant difference of complications of operation and the death rate between them.Conclusion D4 operation associated with organ ablation was safe for the patients with progressive gastric carcinoma and prolonged the life span obviously. ......
