民办高校学生心理健康教育的综合辅导模式研究

【摘要】目的 研究综合辅导模式对民办高校大学生心理健康的影响,为探索民办高校心理健康教育新思路提供依据。方法采用理论讲授、团体咨询、个别咨询、感悟分享与自创报刊“五结合”的综合辅导模式,对实验组40人进行9周的干预,并以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自尊量表(SES)、个人评价问卷(PEI)及自编主观问卷(SSQ)为评估工具,在实验前、后及结束后3个月对被试进行测查。结果干预后,实验组SCL-90多个因子分明显下降,SES总分明显升高,PEI多个因子分明显提高;3个月后追踪调查,除爱情因子外,3套量表的总分及其他因子分仍有明显改善。结论综合辅导模式对于改善民办高校学生的心理健康状况具有显著的促进作用。【关键词】 精神卫生;卫生教育学生保健服务
Comprehensive Counseling Model of Mental Health Education Among Private College Students

【Abstract】Objective To study the effects of counseling model on mental health of private college students, and to provide evidence for mental health education pattern in private colleges. Methods A fiveinone counseling model composed of mental health education, group counseling, individual counseling, the sharing of comprehension and compiling newspapers and magazines was applied to 40 private college students (study group). The intervention lasted for 9 weeks. The effects were assessed with SCL-90, SES, PEI and SSQ at the baseline, at the end and the following 3 months of the study. ResultsAfter the intervention, some factors of SCL-90 decreased significantly, total score of SES and some factor scores of PEI increased remarkably. Three months later, the total scores and other factors of the tree scales still improved except love factor. Conclusion The comprehensive counseling model can improve mental health of private college students and it has a shortterm impact. ......
