【摘要】 目的 探讨左房心律的心电图特征及临床意义。方法 回顾分析24例左房心律患者的心电图表现，并按冲动起源部位分为4类。结果 24例左房心律频率范围55～206bpm，起源于左房后下部12例，前下部8例，后上部3例，前上部1例。结论 左房心律是较少见的房性异位心律，它可以是被动性的或主动性的心律失常。V6导联P’波倒置是必不可少的诊断特征。左房心律较常见于器质性心脏病患者，也可以发生于健康人。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the electrocardiogram features and clinical significance of left atrial rhythm.Methods Electrocardiograms recorded of 24 cases with left atrial rhythm were analyzed retrospectively.It is divisible into four kinds by impulses originated.Results Frequency range in 24 cases with left atrial rhythm is 55 to 206 beats per minute.Ectopic pacemaker of 12 cases lie in the posterior lower part of left atrium, 8 cases in the anterior lower part,3 cases in the posterior upper part, 1 case in the anterior upper part.Conclusion Left atrial rhythm is seldom atrial ectopic rhythm.It may be passivity of activity ectopic rhythm.It is marked by P’ wave inversion in V6 lead. It usually occurs in organic heart disease,may occur in healthy people as well. ......
