六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 将60例阴虚火旺型围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予六味地黄丸配合生脉注射液三阴交穴位注射治疗，对照组30例予倍美力及安宫黄体酮治疗。观察2组疗效和用药后副反应情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0%，对照组为80.0%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，而治疗组副反应则明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 六味地黄丸配合三阴交穴位注射生脉注射液治疗围绝经期综合征属阴虚火旺者疗效确切，副作用少，优于西药激素替代疗法。【关键词】 六味地黄丸；三阴交；穴位疗法；围绝经期

【Abstracts】Objective To observe the effec of combined Liuweidihuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injection of pulseactivating injection on patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome diffferentiated as type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were orally administered Liuweidihuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injected pulseactivating injection. 30 patients in the control group were treated with Premarin and Progesterone. The effective rate and the adverse reaction were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 80% respectively (P<0.05). Coclusion There is a definite effect of combined Liuweidihuangwan and Sanyinjiao acupoint injection of pulse-activating injection on patients with perimenopausal syndrome. ......
