摘 要：目的：探讨微粒皮在修复领域中的应用。方法：应用自体微粒皮加异体皮或异种皮修复烧伤、皮肤撕脱伤、皮瓣供皮区、肿瘤切除后创面等皮肤损伤，共56例。结果：手术效果满意，可节省皮源，减少创伤及疤痕。结论：利用自体微粒皮代替大块自体皮移植修复皮肤创面，效果理想。

    The Application of Partide Skin in Surgical Repair Field

    Abstract： Objective： To explore the application for particle skin in repairing field. Method： Applied self-body particle skin with allosome skin or allosome skin repairing burns, skin tearing and dropping burns, skin segment providing skin area, the surface of a wound after cutting tumor, etc. skin injured with total 56 cases of patients. Result： It's satisfactory with the operation with fewer skin, fewer injury.Conclusion: Particle skin to replace large piece of self-body skin to be transplanted for repairing the surface of wound skin has reached ideal effect.
