【摘要】 医疗纠纷已严重影响行医环境，给医院和患者都带来了很大的影响，医院尤其深受其苦。如何预防、降低、有效处理医疗纠纷，给医院和社会带来了新的研究课题。笔者从医疗纠纷的概念入手，分析了急诊医疗纠纷的引发因素，并提出了医疗纠纷的防范措施，以防范和减少急诊医疗纠纷的发生。

    【Abstract】 Nowadays,the medical conflicts have disturbed the medical environment in our country severely，which affects the hospitals and patients a lot,especially the former.How to prevent,reduce and cope effectively with the medical conflicts，which has brought new research items and insight to the medicine and society.The author began with the notion of medical conflicts,analysed the leading causes of the medical conflicts in emergency section and pointed out measures of prevention to medical conflicts in order to prevent and reduce the medical conflicts in emergency section.

    随着社会的发展、人类的进步，人们对健康的要求越来越高，人们的法制意识、自我保护意识也越来越强，“维权”事件随处可见。而医疗行为作为一项复杂性、高风险性行为，在医疗过程中，每一环节均可能存在不安全因素。随着公费医疗制度改革，医疗费用个人承担部分的增加，自费患者增加的同时，医疗纠纷的比例也节节上升。在行医过程中，医务人员更需要处处谨慎、小心，认真负责，努力提高自身整体素质和医疗技术，才能在复杂的行医环境下尽量减少医疗纠纷的发生。正如我国医学家张孝骞所说“行医如临深渊，如履薄冰” ......
