高龄高危高难度腹腔镜胆囊切除术严重并发症的原因分析及处理

【摘要】 目的：探讨高龄、高危、高难度腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)严重并发症发生的原因及处理方法。方法：回顾分析1994年至2004年12月实施高龄、高危、高难度LC 503例的临床资料。结果：本组患者发生严重并发症15例(298%)，其中胆管损伤3例，胆漏5例，腹腔出血3例，胆总管残余结石、腹腔脓肿、切口感染不愈、皮下气肿各1例。结论：良好的手术操作技能，认真细致的手术操作，严格选择手术适应证，掌握并发症发生的原因及处理方法，是提高手术治愈率的关键。【关键词】 并发症；胆囊切除术，腹腔镜
Analysis on serious complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elder patients

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cause and management of serious complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 503 patients with LC were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were 15 cases with serious complications,3 of them with bile duct lesion,5 cases with biliary fistula,3 cases with intraperitoneal hemorrage,and residual choledocholith,abdominal abscess and infectious incision with sinus formation occuring respectively in 1 case.Conclusions:The key point on prevention of complications and improving cure rate are the perfect skill in operation and assurance of indications,complications and management as well. ......
