【摘要】 目的 了解血β2-微球蛋白(血β2-MG)在AIDS高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)疗效判断中的作用。方法 收集血友病合并艾滋病和丙型肝炎患者25例接受HAART 1年。治疗前及治疗开始后第1、3、6、9、12个月底检测CD4+细胞计数、HIV-RNA载量和血β2-MG。对治疗前后的数据进行配对分析和相关性分析。结果 治疗第1、3、6、9、12个月时CD4+细胞计数较治疗前有显著上升，HIV-RNA载量较治疗前有显著下降。治疗第3、9、12个月时血β2-MG较治疗前亦有显著下降。血β2-MG与CD4+细胞计数、血β2-MG与HIV-RNA载量之间没有很好的相关性。结论 血β2-MG在HAART疗效判断中有一定的监测作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To know the role of serum β2-microglobulin(serumβ2-MG)in monitoring the efficiency of high active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)in AIDS patients.Methods 25 AIDS patients with HCV(+) were treated with HAART for 1 year and their serumβ2-MG,CD4+ cell counts and HIV-RNA were measured before initiation of treatment and at the 1st,3rd,6th,9th and12th month of treatment.The data was analyzed with pared-samples test and correlation test.Results CD4+ cell counts were significantly increased and HIV-RNA decreased at the 1st,3rd,6th,9th and12th month of treatment while serum β2-MG were significantly decreased at the 3rd,9th and12th month of treatment. Serum β2-MG do not have correlation with CD4+ cell counts and HIV-RNA.Conclusion Serum β2-MG can be used in monitoring the efficiency of HAART but it must be used prudentially. ......
