自制纱块在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用

     【摘要】目的：探讨自制纱块在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法：2004年1月至12月，在77例腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术中，采用自制纱块进行擦血、压迫止血、协助暴露术野。结果：腹腔镜下的平均手术时间为125min，平均出血量为50ml，无手术死亡病例，纱块无遗漏于腹腔，纱块使用量平均为9块。结论：纱块是腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中擦血及压迫止血的有效工具，且可用于协助暴露术野。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and attention of selfprepared gauzes in laparoscopic radical rectectomg for rectal cancer.Methods:Selfprepared gauzes were used in order to wipping off blood,hemostasis by compression and exposure during 77 cases of laparoscopic radical rectectomy for rectal cancer in 2004.Results:Sixtytwo cases received laparoscopic anterior rectectomy,Fixteen laparoscopicassisted Miles operation.All cases were successfully.The mean laparoscopic operative time was 125 min, the mean blood loss was 50 ml.No gauze was left in the abdominal cavity,the mean number of used gauzes was 9.Conclusions:Gauze is a kind of effective tool for wipping off blood and hemostasis by compression during laparoscopic radical rectectomy,it can also help the exposure of field of operation and anatomic plane. ......
