【摘要】 目的 探讨AF系统治疗胸腰段椎体骨折并截瘫的临床效果。方法 应用AF系统对182例胸腰段椎体骨折并截瘫患者进行内固定，同时行椎板切除，椎管减压。结果 手术前后X线片相比，大部分病例椎体高度恢复，脱位矫正，神经功能有不同程度恢复。结论 AF系统是治疗胸腰段椎体骨折较好的方法，具有复位良好，固定安全可靠，操作简单等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with paraplegia by AF system.Methods AF internal fixator system was used to treat 182 cases of thoracolumbal fracture with paraplegia,meanwhile aminectomy was done,spinal canal decompressed.Results Compared the X-ray photographs before operation,the height of most vertebral body was restored and the array of vertebrate was good.The neural functions were recovered in various degrees.Conclusion AF system is safe and simple with perfect fixation.It’s a better therapy for thoracolumbar fracture.
