娱乐服务行业流动妇女性行为和性观念分析

     摘要目的了解娱乐服务行业流动妇女的性行为和性观念现状。方法对广州市某区17家桑拿、夜总会989名流动妇女进行匿名问卷调查。结果调查对象平均年龄22.5岁，文化程度较低，未婚育龄妇女为主(83.0%)。76.4%的未婚妇女有婚前性行为，11.7%的人有多个性伴侣，近半年每次性生活都使用避孕套的妇女仅占23.2%。1.8%的妇女得过性病。结论娱乐服务行业流动妇女性观念开放，婚前性行为和无保护性行为普遍，有必要在该人群开展生殖健康和安全性行为的健康教育。

    Analysis on Sexual Behavior and Sexual Attitudes among Migrant Women Working in Recreation Places

    Abstract Objective To survey sexual behaviors and sexual attitudes among women working in recreation places. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey of 989 migrant woman workers was conducted about their demographics, sexual behavior, attitudes towards premarital and extramarital sex and sexual health. Results The mean age of respondents was 22.5 years; 83.0% of respondents were unmarried young women; and 76.4% of them had premarital sex and 11.7% of respondents had multiple sexual partners. Percentage of consistent condom user within the last six months was 23.2% for those had had sexual intercourse. 1.8% of migrant women reported that they had had sexually transmitted diseases. Conclusion Health education on reproductive health and safe sexual behavior should be taken among migrant women working in reaction places. ......
