甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者左室功能改变的研究

     摘要目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者左室功能变化特点。方法采用彩色多普勒超声心动图仪对22例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者、20例甲状腺功能亢进患者及20例正常组进行左室功能(包括收缩功能及舒张功能)测定，并对3组测量结果进行比较。结果甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者的左室收缩功能明显低于正常对照组，甲亢性心脏病患者左室舒张功能显著低于甲状腺功能亢进患者及正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者左心室扩大，左室舒张功能减退，对收缩功能正常的甲亢性心脏病患者，要注意测定其舒张功能，对判断其左室功能及预后有一定意义。

    The study of left ventricle function changes in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy

    Abstract Objective To study the changes of left ventricle function in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy. Methods Color doppler ultrasonography was used to examine left ventricle function(systolic and diastolic functions) of sixtytwo cases, including twentytwo patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy, twenty patients with hyperthyroid and twenty healthy volunteers. Results The left ventricle systolic function was poorer in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy than that in healthy volunteers; the left ventricle diastolic function was poorer in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy than that in healthy volunteers (P<0.01). Conclusion The left ventricle in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy was expanded and the left ventricle diastolic function was poor, we should examine the left ventricle diastolic function in hyperthyroid cardiopathy with normal left ventricle systolic function, which is important in estimating the left ventricle function and prognosis. ......
