【摘要】 目的 减少结直肠癌根治术中医源性输尿管损伤的发生率，提高对医源性输尿管损伤的预防和治疗水平。方法 通过具体病例回顾性分析，就如何有效预防术中输尿管损伤以及正确的外科处理进行总结。结果 本组病例统计结直肠癌根治术中医源性输尿管损伤的发生率为1.9%。经正确及时处理，患者预后良好。结论 对于结直肠癌根治术中医源性输尿管损伤，临床上重点在于警惕高危因素、明确损伤原因，从而有针对性地加以处理。

    【Abstract】 Objective To decrease the incidence of iatrogenic ureteral injury in colorectal cancer radical correction and enhance the level of prevention and treatment of iatrogenic ureteral injury.Methods This article summed up how to prevent ureteral injury in surgery effectively and treat it correctly via retrospective analysis.Results By statistical analysis,incidence rate of iatrogenic ureteral injury in colorectal cancer radical correction was 1.9%.The patients got good prognosis via correct and prompt treatments.Conclusion For iatrogenic ureteral injury in colorectal cancer radical correction,what’s most important in clinic lies in preventing high risk factors,making sure the causes of injury and performaning effective corresponding therapy. ......
