火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定常通口服液中微量元素Zn的含量

     摘要目的测定中药常通口服液中微量元素Zn的含量。方法火焰原子吸收分光光度法。结果 Zn在1～7 μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996)，平均回收率为99.48%(n=5，RSD=2.35%)。结论本法简单、快捷、灵敏。
