     摘要目的优化红霉素肠溶薄膜包衣配方。方法用正交试验法，研究丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ号肠溶薄膜包衣配方的增塑剂、抗黏剂、着色剂、溶剂对肠溶薄膜包衣质量的影响。结果优选配方制备的红霉素肠溶薄膜衣片，防潮、防变色能力强，胃液崩解合格，释放度理想。结论优化配方的组成合理，产品质量稳定，适合生产肠溶薄膜衣片。

    Formulation optimization of enteric coating of erythromycin by orthogonal design

    Abstract Objective To optimize the formulation of enteric coating of erythromycin. Methods The influences of the enteric coating formulations of polyacrylic Ⅱ, such as plasticizer, antiadherent, colouring agent and solvent on the quality of entericcoated erythromycin were studied with orthogonal design. Results The optimized entericcoated tablets of erythromycin have strong abilities of moisture proof, against discoloration, qualified disintegration and release. Conclusion The optimized formulation is reasonable, stable and suitable for the production of entericcoated tablets of erythromycin. ......
