摘要:目的 优选利尿通淋胶囊的提取工艺条件。方法 以总黄酮含量和总固体的得率为考察指标，采用正交实验法考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和溶剂用量的影响。结果 优选提取工艺最佳条件为60%(φ)乙醇，6倍量，提取2次，每次1.5 h。 结论 优选的提取工艺条件合理、可行。关键词:利尿通淋胶囊; 总黄酮; 提取工艺
Optimization of extraction conditions for active components in Liniaotonglin capsule

Abstract: Objective To optimize the extraction method for the active components in Liniaotonglin capsule. Methods The extraction conditions of Liniaotonglin capsule were analyzed by orthogonal design.The extraction conditions including alcohol concentration,extraction time,volume of solvent were optimized by the yield of total flavonoids and total solid. Results The optimal extraction conditions were 60% of alcohol,6-fold of the solvent,1.5-h of extraction and 2 times each. Conclusion The optimized extraction conditions are reasonable.
