【摘要】 目的 观察枢复宁的诱变作用。方法 应用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验研究了枢复宁的诱变作用，试验选用TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102菌株。结果 当枢复宁的浓度在0.5、5、50、500、5000μg/皿，无论加或不加S9混合物时其对四株沙门氏菌株的回复突变作用均为阴性。结论 枢复宁在体外对原核细胞无诱变作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of ondansetron induced mutation.Methods The Salmonella typhimurium reverse mutation assay was used to study ondansetron induced mutation.The strains of TA97,TA98,TA100,TA102 were used in this experiment.Results When ondansetron levels were at 0.5,5,50,500,5000μg per plate,It has no reverse mutation effect on the four strains of Salmonella whether the S9 mixture was added or not.Conclusion The results of the experiment show that ondansetron has no mutation effects on the procaryotic cell in vitro.
