    盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease, PID)是妇科常见病，主要发生于年轻﹑性活跃的育龄妇女[1]。按发病缓急分为急性PID与慢性PID，病原体主要为淋球菌﹑衣原体﹑支原体和普通细菌。急性PID应用抗生素治疗效果较好，但因各种原因，有一部分患者可能会转为慢性PID，从而增加慢性盆腔疼痛及不孕症的发生率。对于慢性PID，西药治疗尚无令人满意的疗法，而中药口服治疗及理疗对慢性PID有一定的疗效 ......
