     摘要:目的研究1，6二磷酸果糖(FDP)钙盐3种制备方法对收率和钙盐中FDP含量的影响。方法采用直接沉淀法、乙醇沉淀法、离子交换树脂法3种方法制备FDP钙盐并测定钙盐中的FDP含量。结果直接沉淀法收率86%、钙盐的FDP含量为22.3%；乙醇沉淀法收率92%、钙盐的FDP含量为43.8%；离子交换树脂法收率42%、钙盐的FDP含量为48.7%。结论 3种钙盐制备方法各有优点，生产时可根据需要选用合适的方法。

    Synthesis of calcium fructose1,6diphosphate

    (Section of Microbiology,Guangdong College of Pharmacy, Guangzhou 510240, China)Abstract: Three methods, namely direct precipitation, ethanol precipitation and ionexchange resin, were used for the purification of calcium fructous1,6diphosphate.The yield of the calcium salt and content of 1,6diphosphate were 86% and 22.3% after direct precipitation, 92% and 43.8% after ethanol precipitation, 42% and 48.7% after ionexchange isolation on anionexchange resin, respectively.
