清热合剂的解热抗炎作用

     摘要:目的研究清热合剂的解热、抗炎作用。方法分别采用2,4二硝基苯酚致热大鼠模型、内毒素致热家兔模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型，研究清热合剂的解热、抗炎作用。结果清热合剂可以降低由2,4二硝基苯酚引起的大鼠体温升高及内毒素引起的家兔体温升高，抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀。结论清热合剂具有解热、抗炎作用。

    The Feverrelieving and Antiinflammatory effects of QingRe mixture

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the feverrelieving and antiinflammatory effects of QingRe mixture (QR) for oral use. Methods Animal models of ear edema induced by xylene in mice,paw edema induced by egg white and fever induced by 2,4dinitrophenol in rats and endotoxin in rabbits were made,the feverrelieving and antiinflammatory effects of QingRe mixture were studied. Result QingRe mixture showed a marked suppressive effects on ear edema induced by xylene in mice,paw edema induced by egg white and fever induced by 2,4dinitrophenol in rats and endotoxin in rabbits.Conclusion QingRe mixture has the antiinflammation and feverrelieving effects. ......
