【摘要】 目的 观察188铼血管内照射对抑制新西兰白兔血管损伤术后平滑肌细胞增殖疗效。方法 40只新西兰白兔行腹主动脉球囊内皮拉伤后分别予188Re血管内照射(照射组)，不予血管内照射(对照组)，分析术后3、6周病理组织学标本平滑肌细胞增殖和凋亡情况。结果 照射组3周平滑肌细胞比对照组增殖细胞明显下降，凋亡细胞明显增多(P<0.05)，6周两组平滑肌细胞增殖、凋亡无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 血管内照射能有效抑制新西兰白兔血管损伤术后平滑肌细胞增殖，促进平滑肌细胞细胞凋亡。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of 188 Re intravascular irradiation on inhibiting proliferation of rabbit vessel smooth muscle cells(VSMCs) after balloon angioplasty. Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups to perform balloon catheter overstretched on abdominal aortic artery. In irradiation group,188Re-radioactive liquid filled balloon irradiation was performed in target segment. Proliferation and apoptosis of VSMCs in target segment were analysis after 3 and 6 weeks. Results In 3 weeks, proliferation cells were decreased significantly and apoptosis cells were increased significantly in irradiation group than that in control group (P<0.05), and there were no significant difference between two groups in 6 weeks(P>0.05). Conclusion Applied 188 Re to intravascular irradiation can inhibit the proliferation and accelerate the apoptosis of VSMCs after balloon angioplasty efficiently. ......
