     摘要目的建立高效液相色谱法测定清肺抑火片中栀子苷含量的方法。方法以DiamonsilTM C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm)为色谱柱，以ψ(甲醇∶水)=25∶75为流动相，检测波长为238 nm，流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果栀子苷的线性范围为02884~1.4420 μg(r=0.9998)，平均回收率(n=5)为98.6%，RSD为0.92%。结论方法简便准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂质量控制。

    Determination of geniposide in Qingfeiyihuo tablets by HPLC

    Abstract Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Qingfeiyihuo tablets by HPLC. Methods A DiamonsilTM C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm) column was employed together with a mobile phase of methanolwater(25∶75, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min under a detection wavelength of 238 nm. Results The linear range of the detection of geniposide was 0.2884-1.4420 μg(r=0.999 8). The average recovery of geniposide was 98.6%, and RSD was 0.92%(n=5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Qingfeiyihuo tablets.
