     [摘要] 目的：评价Spin及Compas对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性总结36例脑动脉瘤的DSA影像表现，分析脑动脉瘤的位置、大小、形态、数目及检查方法。结果：检出脑动脉瘤单发35例，多发1例。后交通动脉瘤25例，前交通动脉瘤10例，其他部位2例。小型32例，中型3例，大型1例，巨型1例。结论：Spin及Compas能准确诊断脑动脉瘤。

    Diagnostic Value of Spin and Compas on DSA on Intracranial Aneurysms

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the diagnostic of Spin and compass on DSA on intracranialaneurysms.Methods Spin and compass on DSA were performedin 36 patients.The aneurysms features such as locatinns size numbers of aneurysms andthe examination methods were analyzed.Results The single aneurysms were detected in 35 patients and 1 patients had multiple aneurysms.Aneurysms locations were list as follow:posterior communicating artery aneurysms in 25 patients.anterior communicating artery aneurysms in 10 patients and other locations in 2 patients.Aneurysms size had the following characteristics.32 case were small,3 were middle,1were large 1 were sacculated aneurysms.Conclusions Spin and compas on DSA can diagnose intracranial aneurysm accurately. ......
