正交法优化黄芪中黄芪甲苷提取工艺研究

摘要:目的 筛选黄芪甲苷提取的最佳工艺组成。方法 以药材粒径(A)、浸泡时间(B)、提取次数(C)为3个因素,每个因素取3个水平,选用L9(34)正交表,以黄芪甲苷的含量为指标进行正交试验,筛选最佳工艺组成。结果 最佳工艺组成为药材粒径为40目,浸泡时间6 h,提取次数3次。结论 本试验为优化黄芪中有效成分的提取工艺条件提供了参考依据。关键词:黄芪甲苷;正交试验;黄芪
Orthogonal experiment of the extraction of astragaloside in Radix astragali

Abstract:Objective To screen the optimum extraction technique of astragaloside. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal table and content of astragaloside was employed to select the optimum extraction technique by medicinal materials’ grain size, extraction time and extraction time as the three main factors, and three levels are adopted for each factors. Results The optimum extraction technique was A3B1C1. Conclusion The extraction technique is reliable.
