摘要:目的 合成苄普地尔衍生物。方法 以异丙醇、环氧氯丙烷、哌啶为起始原料,反应中间体经二氯亚砜氯化后,与取代苯胺等缩合得到目标化合物。结果 设计并合成了6个苄普地尔衍生物。结论 6个衍生物均经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱确证结构。关键词:多药抗药性;苄普地尔衍生物;合成
Synthesis of bepridil derivatives

Abstract: From readily available starting materials,isopropanol,epichlorohydrin and piperidine,six bepridil derivatives were synthesized via chlorination with SOCl2 and condensation with substituted anilines. The structures of the target compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data (IR,1H NMR and MS).
