【摘要】 本研究设计一种带有中央凹孔，凹孔内置有突起的药物棉纱，可在注射、采血后即时贴敷的全封闭，具有消毒、止血、局部保护功能的即时贴。本设计为临床注射、采血建立了一种科学、规范、统一的操作规范，具有防止医源性感染和环境污染的功能。经临床验证100例观察，病人在采血后无一例发现有出血现象，也无局部不适，应用后血管和局部组织保护良好，无皮下出血现象，具有应用便捷、规范、方法简单、病人愿意接受的特点。取针后不需要医务人员或病人进行局部按压，解除了医务人员和病人的劳动强度和由此带来的不便。

    【Abstract】 In this study, we invented an appliance, a paster that had disinfections, haemostasis, sealing and protection functions after the intravenous injection. It was round or ellipse polyethylene with external diameter (45～60mm) and thickness (3～4mm). There was a central concavity with protuberant cotton wool in it (diameter 35～45mm). The usage of the pasters on 100 clinical cases proved that there were no bleeding, no discomfort and no disinfections. The injured veins were well protected. Thus the pasters were suitable, standard, simple appliances in clinical usage.
