【摘要】 目的 评价开窗减压术对颌骨囊肿的治疗效果。方法 临床中选取35例颌骨囊肿病人，行囊肿开窗减压术后随访3年。结果 通过曲面断层片中观察发现囊肿腔内骨密度增高，有不同程度的新骨形成，囊肿体积变小。结论 开窗减压术是治疗较大颌骨囊肿的一种有效方法，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To value the effect of marsupialization in treating cyst of jaw.Methods 35 cases with cyst of jaw were selected and followed up for 3 years after marsupialization was performed.Results Observed from orthpanotomography the density of bone in cysts increased significantly,with new bone formation and decreasing of the vulcanicity of cysts.Conclusion Marsupialization is an effective method to treat cyst of jaw,and shuoud be advocated.
