【摘要】 目的 了解孕妇麻疹免疫状况和婴儿麻疹疫苗免疫效果。方法 对112名孕妇产前和50名6月龄儿及72名8月龄婴儿免疫前、免疫后采用酶联免疫吸附试(ELISA)检测麻疹抗体IgG。结果 112名孕妇麻疹抗体阳性107例，阳性率95.5%，抗体滴度(GMRT)849.9；未达到保护水平有30例，占26.8%；6月龄和8月龄婴儿免疫成功率分别为98.0%、97.2%，免疫前麻疹抗体GMRT分别为4.1、1.1，差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)，而免疫后麻疹抗体GMRT分别为782.0、976.5，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 8月龄婴儿免疫效果稍好于6月龄婴儿，主要表现在免疫成功率方面，而免疫后抗体水平差异无显著性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To get to know those pregnant women measles immune status and the infant’s measles vaccine immune effect.Methods To examine the measles antibody IgG of 112 pregnant women before parturition,50 6-month-old and 72 8-month-old infants before and after the immunity by ELISA.Results There are 107 women’s antibody show positive,the positive rate is 95.5% and GURT is 849.9. 30 women don’t come to the protective level,which takes over 26.89. The objective rate of immunity on 6-month-old and 8 month-old infants is 98% and 97.2% respectively.Before immunity, the measles antibody GURT of each group is 4.1 and 1.1. There is an obvious difference(P<0.05).While after immunity,the measles antibody GMRT is 782.0 and 976.5 respectively, which has no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The immune effect of 8-month old infants is better than that of 6-month old infants,which mainly make reflects on the immunity effective rate.After immunity,there are no obvious difference on antibody level. ......
