消滞胃宁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及伴发胃癌癌前期病变的药理实验研究

     【摘要】 目的 观察中药消滞胃宁对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及胃癌前期病变(PLGC)动物模型胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)及其病变逆转治疗作用。观察消滞胃宁的镇痛、抗炎作用和对免疫功能的影响。方法 在大鼠CAG及PLGC动物模型中,用激光多普勒血流计测定大鼠CAG和PLGC的GMBF,同时对各组CAG和PLGC的进行了病理组织学检查;镇痛实验采用小鼠冰醋酸扭体法、热板法、恒温水浴甩尾法;抗炎实验使用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠毛细血管渗透性实验;免疫实验采用小白鼠碳粒廓清实验和小鼠血清溶血素实验。结果 大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前期病变动物模型实验中,经消滞胃宁50天的治疗,高剂量组大鼠便溏消失,动物体重较模型对照组增加明显,模型组较正常组GMBF明显减少,各治疗组均可降低GMBF,消滞胃宁高、中、低剂量组大鼠的胃组织病变得到了明显改善。镇痛实验表明:消滞胃宁能减少小鼠冰醋酸扭体次数;提高小鼠热板痛阈值;能延长小鼠恒温水浴甩尾时间。抗炎实验表明:消滞胃宁减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀度;抑制小鼠毛细血管渗透性的增加。免疫实验表明:消滞胃宁能明显提高单核细胞的吞噬功能;增加小鼠血清溶血素含量。结论 消滞胃宁能提高GAC和PLGC胃黏膜血流量,改善组织病理;消滞胃宁具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用,并能提高机体免疫力。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Xiaozhi weining on GMBF in rats with atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and to study its therapeutic effects, to explore Xiaozhi weining on pharmacodynamic action of anti-inflammation and alleviating pain, and impact on immune function.Methods A complex method was used to establish the model that was stimulating the various factors to cause flow meter.The date of different groups were analyzed and compared.The mixture’s pharmacodynamic action was measured by observing its effect on torsiversion malposition mice with pain induced by ice acetic.On those with pain induced by hot board,therm ostatical water bath to get rid of the tail law experimentally; Resist inflammation experiment use rats ear swelling, rats capillary permeability experiment induced by injecting ice acetic into mice abdominal; The immune experiment uses rats clear exp- eriment of carbon.Results The experimental PLGC have lower , Xiaozhi weining increased the GMBF. Xiaozhi weining can modulate this state and improve the various pathological manifestations of CAG and PLGC.Conclusion Xiaozhi weining had effect of anti-inflammation and alleviating pain, and can improve the organism’s immune function. ......
