摘要：目的：探讨胫骨平台双髁骨折的手术治疗经验。方法：12例胫骨平台骨折类型按schatzker分型均为Ⅴ型骨折，给予手术切开复位，双钢板内固定。结果：12例中11例随访12～24个月，按日本作者提出的适用于一般膝关节损伤患者的功能评定方法平均88分。结论：胫骨平台双髁骨折采用双钢板内固定是一种可靠的方法。

    Experience on Treatment of Fracture of Twin Shinbone Flat Roof

    Abstract： Objective :To experience to surgery treatment fracture of twin shinbone flat roof. Methed: 12 exemples of fracture of twin shinbone flat roof were all divided into V model fractures by Schatzker analyzing ,and given dissection and replacement ,and double steel plate inner fixation . Result: Of the 12 cases ,11 cases were given 88 grades,by following view, along with function assessing way to general knee joint trauma by Japanese author.Conclusion :The treatment of double steel plate inner fixation to fracture of twin shinbone flat roof was a trusty way.
