     摘要目的：寻找一种简便、准确的枸橼酸西地那非含量测定方法。方法：使用电位滴定法对枸橼酸西地那非精制品含量进行测定。使用溶剂为醋酸和醋酸酐。结果：滴定终点明确，精度较高。结论：该方法成本低，有较好的精确度。

    Potentiometry analysis of sildenafil citrate

    Abstract Objective:To find a simple and accurate method for the determination of content of sildenafil citrate. Method: Potentiometry was applied. Acetic acid glacial was used as main solvent and acetic anthydride was used as solubilizing agent. Result: The recovery rate was 100.5%. Conclusion: This method is comparatively accurate.
