芹黄素对老年痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘要:目的 研究芹黄素对老年痴呆(AD)小鼠学习和记忆能力的改善作用。方法 取10个月龄的小鼠，以D半乳糖和AlCl3复制老年痴呆动物模型，建模成功的AD小鼠用不同浓度的芹黄素腹腔注射，利用Y型迷宫进行被动回避反应实验和信号方位辨别反应实验，测试小鼠学习记忆能力及信号方位辨别能力改变。结果 腹腔注射芹黄素的小鼠学习能力和记忆保持率均显著优于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论 芹黄素能有效改善老年痴呆症小鼠的学习和记忆能力。关键词:芹黄素；老年痴呆症小鼠；D半乳糖；学习；记忆
Effect of apigenin on learning and memory behavior in mice with alzheimer’s disease induced with Dgalactose

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of apigenin on mice model with Alzheimer's disease induced by Dgalactose its mechanisms. Methods The mice model with Alzheimer's disease was induced by subcutaneous injection of Dgalactose in the nape of ten month Kunming mice. Apigenin were administered in different dose. Ymaze trial was performed to evaluate their learning and memory behaviors. Results Compared with the Dgalactose induced mouse model, apigenin could improve the ability of escaping electrical stimulation significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion The results suggested that apigenin might be beneficial to improving the learning and memory behaviors in mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by Dgalactose. ......
