     摘要:目的考察氢溴酸右美沙芬控释胶囊的稳定性。方法进行光照试验、高温试验、高湿(室温)试验、加速试验及室温留样考察，用相似因子评价释放度的稳定性。结果小丸的各项指标均在要求的范围内，释放度相似因子均较大。结论所制备的控释小丸稳定性良好。

    Abstract:Objective To evaluate the stability of the controlledrelease pellets of dextromethorphan hydrobromide.Methods According to the requirement of appendix XIXC of China Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition,Part Ⅱ) for stability test,factors influencing the test,accelerated test conditions and control samples were analyzed. Results and Conclusion All the indices accorded with the standard. The results showed that the controlledrelease pellets have a good stability.
