     摘要:目的建立HPLC测定益气温阳胶囊中的有效成分其他阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱为C18柱，流动相：甲醇水冰醋酸(体积比25∶75∶0.35)，检测波长为320 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.02~0.20 μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系，胶囊中阿魏酸的平均回收率为98.8%，RSD=0.97%。结论方法简便、稳定，能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
