Dy3+荧光体的微波合成及其发光特性

     摘 要 目的 微波合成CaS:Dy3+荧光体,监测其发射光谱,探讨其发光原理。方法 微波快速加热法。通过XRD的测定,确定CaS:Dy3+ 的晶相。结果 CaS:Dy3+荧光在273 nm和300 nm监测下的发射光谱存在差异。结论 CaS:Dy3+属CaS立方晶相,CaS:Dy荧光体的两种不同的发射光谱是由两种不同的发光中心引起。

    Abstract Objective and Method To synthesize CaS:Dy3+ phosphors using microwave heating and evaluate the luminescence properties of the phosphors by measuring their emission spectra. Results The crystal structures of CaS:Dy3+ phosphors were determined by XRD, and their emission spectra were measured and compared under the wavelength of 273 and 300 nm. Conclusion The structure of CaS:Dy3+ phosphors belongs to CaS cubic system. Two different emission spectra are caused by the two different luminescence centers. ......
