     摘要:我校以高等教育大众化为契机，实现了办学规模的跨越式发展。传统“小校”式的教学管理思想在某种程度上客观地制约了我校教学管理等方面的宏大发展。文中就如何树立大学理念，更新教学管理思想，确保做大后的教学质量进行了探讨，并提出了一些改革思路。认为形成我校特有的大学理念，积极推进我校教学管理思想的革新，构建全面教学质量监控体系，有利于保障教育质量的稳步提高，促进我校全面、协调、健康、快速地发展。

    Foster the notion of university and update the ideology of teaching management

    Abstract: Taking the chance of popularization of higher education, our college has achieved a spurring-on development in the scale of running a school. The traditional teaching management of "small school" has, somehow, to a certain degree, restricted the macro-development of our college in such field as the teaching management. The paper has discussed how to foster the notion of university, update the ideology of teaching management, and guarantee teaching quality in the post-expansion period, regarding it as favorable for the steady enhancement of teaching quality and as a promotion of comprehensive, harmonious, healthy and rapid development of our college to form our colleges particular notion of university, actively push forward the renovation of teaching management and construct a comprehensive supervisory system of teaching quality. ......
